Substantive.AssemblyUtilities
Reflection-friendly helpers that make it easier to read assembly metadata, probe embedded resources, and load plug-ins in isolated contexts. These utilities target .NET 10 and are designed for infrastructure code (diagnostics, integration tests, tooling) that must avoid polluting the default AssemblyLoadContext.
